The 29th edition of the ASIC Conference on Coffee Science will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam from 11 to 14 September 2023. This year’s conference will gather experts and specialists from around the world to discuss a variety of topics related to coffee science and technology.

Established in 1966, the Association for Science and Information on Coffee is one of the leading biennial conferences on the science and technology of coffee across the entire supply chain. The association assesses existing and emerging scientific and technical coffee research, and serves as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and problem solving.
